- Acquire skills in wine and spirits evaluation.

He teaches wine and spirits for the WSET with energy and conviviality.

Passionate about Japanese culture, this former restaurateur now devotes his time to promoting and distributing sake in Europe. He is the first French trainer to achieve WSET 3 certification in sake.

HOW ARE COURSES ORGANIZED?
- Upstream assessment of trainee and company needs, to define training content and duration. The trainee receives a questionnaire enabling the trainer to identify the level of each participant and thus adapt the content precisely.
- Each session ends with a validation of the learning acquired, materialised by a certificate summarizing the objectives and learning acquired, and the in-house ‘Butler’ diploma for our ‘trade’ training courses.
Teaching resources tailored to training needs
- Various multimedia supports (audio, video, etc.) are used to ensure perfect transmission and application of knowledge by trainees.
- The support documents provided to participants in paper and electronic format enable them to use them as both a guide and a reference. These teaching tools are constantly updated to keep abreast of the latest developments.
An assessment of results
- A satisfaction questionnaire is provided and then analyzed, to optimize all the parameters needed to adapt the teaching models used.
- To assess the impact of on-the-job training on the company. a customer satisfaction questionnaire is sent out after training.
Our training programs are scalable and adaptable to each company situation. These are drawn up in collaboration with each establishment.
Tailor-made support and small training groups for personalized learning: courses are organized around a maximum of 4 to 10 trainees.
