Coming from the hotel and catering sector, they are all recognized professionals, with a high degree of expertise, field experience and a keen sense of pedagogy. This enables them to adapt to the economic, social and cultural context of each establishment and trainee.

Thomas G.: Kitchen trainer

A graduate of the renowned Lycée hôtelier de La Rochelle, Thomas is a recognized expert in the international wedding industry, and has extensive experience as executive chef for a luxury caterer in Sydney. He teaches the Traiteur Organisateur de réception, Chef à domicile, Création et décoration de Buffet and La carte du restaurant courses.

Aurélie R. : Management Trainer

A certified trainer, Aurélie acquired her business expertise over 15 years as a Point of Sale Manager in the high-end/luxury retail sector. Team development has always been at the heart of her actions, and she is responsible for our management training courses.

Alexis D. : Sommelier and Water Knowledge Trainer

Alexis is France’s1st qualified Water Sommelier. He brilliantly leads the “Understanding and Discovering the World’s Waters” course, exclusive to Butler Academy.

Annabelle M. : Oenology and WSET trainer

Dualist from the Institut des Sciences de la Vigne et du Vin in Bordeaux and WSET Level 4 graduate, she has been working as a winemaker, wine journalist, caviste, sommelier and wine and spirits trainer in France and Australia for the past 6 years.

Frédéric V.Oenology and WSET trainer

Currently studying for an MBA at ESCP Paris.
He is an entrepreneur, founder of a wine import company, author of ” Le vin pour ceux qui n’y connaissent rien ” a columnist for the specialized press, and a member of wine-tasting committees.
He teaches wine and spirits for the WSET with energy and conviviality.

Carlos R. : Butler trainer

Catering and hospitality professional, trained in various prestigious establishments and homes.
in Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Carlos passes on his know-how, his savoir-être and his smile.

Her motto: “Pay attention to detail to deliver an exceptional customer experience!”

Franck B. : Majordome trainer

For over 15 years, he has worked in private homes in France and abroad as a butler/private secretary. Franck is in charge of Majordome training and passionately passes on the keys to his profession.
Her motto: “If you want to do things well, do them with passion!”

Barnabé N. : WSET Saké trainer

Passionate about Japanese culture, this former restaurateur now devotes his time to promoting and distributing sake in Europe. He is the first French trainer to achieve WSET 3 certification in sake.

Céline S.:Hospitality trainer

She has held numerous positions as general manager and concierge in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad. Céline masters the subject of the Gouvernante profession and ensures that it is passed on to students and employees alike.

Claudine Z. : Linen management trainer

Having worked as a dry-cleaning manager for 40 years, Claudine is a retired nugget, brimming with energy and knowledge we can’t live without. She passes on her unique know-how in the art of linen management and care.

Alain E. : Oenology and WSET trainer

After a few years working for major companies around the world, Alain is now devoting himself to his passions: wine, cooking, hospitality and education. Diplômé du WSET en vin et spiritueux il forme nos apprenants sur ces programmes et les accords mets et vins.

Victor C. : Oenology and WSET trainer

Multilingual wine and spirits industry specialist with global culture and experience in luxury beverage sales and marketing Victor delivers WSET wine programs.

Hiltraut S. : WSET trainer

Certified spirit educator in 2021, she is a gentle and patient guide to the WSET spirits programs. She has worked as a guide in the great Cognac houses for many years, and has been a connoisseur of West Indian rum since 2022.

Tony Y. : WSET Trainer

With numerous certifications under his belt, Tony is recognized and certified in the fields of wine, spirits, beer and sake.
He teaches WSET levels in wine and spirits with energy and conviviality.
