  • End-of-meal management, from coffee to digestives

 

module 4. develop your knowledge of wine to sell it better

  • The main wine families, AOCs, organic wines, natural wines, foreign wines…
  • The ABCs of wine & food pairing. Enhance the chef’s cuisine with the right wines
  • The keys to talking to customers about wine and arousing their interest.

  • Assessment of skills by MCQ
