  • The main wine families and their different vinifications: white wines, red wines, rosés & sparkling wines
  • Grape varieties, wine aromas and their impact on pairing
  • AOC wine classification
  • Wine vocabulary
  • The main foreign wines

module 2 . practice the Wine service

  • Choice of lenses
  • In what order should the wines be served, and at what temperature?
  • How to decant?
  • Bottle-opening techniques for different wines
  • Serving wine at table
