Establish a customized training program in line with internal needs and resources, by analyzing the relevance and coherence of the ordered training action with the company’s current PPE.

EPP STAGES

STEP 1. DEFINING OBJECTIVES

  • Determining audit objectives
  • Creation of customized audit supports

STEP 2. PRE-TRAINING AUDIT

  • Carry out a pre-training audit according to the chosen method (field, telephone, e-mail):

-analysis of business practices

-analysis of procedures

-service quality analysis

STEP 3. ANALYSIS/AUDIT REPORTS

Produce the audit report in line with the objectives set:

  • Analysis of professional practices
  • Analysis of the company’s customer journey protocol and/or quality charter
  • Competitor analysis
  • Recommendations for further training or skills acquisition to be carried out
  • Tailor-made program creation
  • Minutes

STEP 4. TRAINING ACTIVITIES

  • Setting up the training action
  • Learner follow-up

STEP 5. END-OF-TRAINING REPORT

  • Completion of end-of-training report
