PROGRAM description

Today, we are evolving in a highly international context where mastery of the English language has become undeniable. The hotel and restaurant sector has an international clientele that it must satisfy and retain.

In addition to our catalog courses, BUTLER ACADEMY offers customized training courses tailored to your level. This program and its duration may change according to your needs.

module 1. develop your general communication skills in English

  • The basic rules of spoken English.
  • Introduce yourself and listen to the customer’s needs.

module 2. mastering welcome and support

  • Present the establishment’s services and rates to customers.
  • Inform customers about the operation and schedules of the establishment’s services.
  • Present the restaurant, menus and prices

module 3. acquire the basics of English for the hospitality industry

  • Fresh produce vocabulary and ingredients.
  • Table vocabulary.
  • Know how to present the menu, the quality and origin of products and wines.
  • Explain the composition of dishes and their preparation methods.

  • Assessment of skills by MCQ
  • How to obtain the “Butler Academy” internal certificate: 70% of answers must be correct to validate the certificate.
  • At the end of the training, a certificate will be given to the beneficiaries specifying the nature, skills acquired and duration of the training.
  • Possibility of certifying your skills with TOEIC certification
