module 1 . Choose a decorative theme for a given event
- Adapt the table and its decoration to suit the event: restaurant tables, weddings, business meals…
- Different decorating styles and current trends.
module 2 . Setting a table
- Choose the elements that will make up the table: tablecloth, crockery, floral arrangements, etc.
- Use and positioning of cutlery
- Proper use of lenses
- The different napkin folds
module 3. mastering the art of table service
- Service à la française, à l’anglaise, à la russe
- Table plans and rules of decorum

Certification validation
- Assessment of skills by MCQ
- How to obtain the “Butler Academy” internal certificate: 70% of answers must be correct to validate the certificate.
- At the end of the training, a certificate will be given to the beneficiaries specifying the nature, skills acquired and duration of the training.
