Butler Academy’s mission is twofold. Our mission is both to train top-ranking hotel and catering staff, regardless of where they work or where they come from, and to play an active role in the production of new knowledge in the hotel and catering industry. Created in 2014 by the Butler Paris agency, Butler Academy aims to train high-potential talent capable of grasping the major challenges of service.
